Bolt platform and the products based upon it are an internet based IoT applications ("Applications") who's performance and capabilities are dependent on the accuracy, completeness or reliability of 3rd party products, smartphone manufacturers, internet service providers. Inventrom ("Inventrom") is the creator and owner of this Application and while care has been taken to ensure that the same is error-free, the same is being provided to you on an 'as is' basis with no express or implied warranties relating to its performance, reliability or accuracy. You shall deploy this Application solely for the purposes of your personal internet based alert system applications and you understand and acknowledge that availing of any services offered by the Application or any reliance on any opinion, advice, statement, warning, alert or information made available by you by the Application shall be at your risk.

Inventrom and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors and agents, expressly disclaim any liability for any deficiency in the services offered by the Application that you are about to access. Neither Inventrom nor any of its affiliates nor their directors, officers and employees will be liable to or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss that you incur in the event of any deficiency or lack of reliability or accuracy of the Application, failure or disruption of the Application, or resulting from any act or omission of any other party involved in making this Application complete and available to you, or from any other cause relating to your access to, inability to access, or use of the same. In any case, Inventrom's total aggregate liability for any claims (whether direct or indirect) made on it by any party relating to use, inability to use, or otherwise, shall not in any event exceed the sum of Indian Rupees One Hundred only.
